Heading for the big leagues

Little league's finally rolled around again. This time we signed up Beeb without hesitation. He was so excited he was up at 5 in the morning ready to go. We got all the gear and he's been sleeping with the catcher's mitt on because the club people told him it will soften the leather up. We've had a few practice sessions and he's not to bad at batting, although he'll be starting off with tee ball in his age group. First game or proper club practice is on Friday. Now we just have to find a way to stop his cup slipping down from his groin to cover his knee.
